Position Overview

We are looking for a bold and dynamic person to manage and lead Lua’s growth into London - essentially to be the face of Lua in London.

This is a full or part-time position.

This position incorporates marketing, sales, content creation, community management, affiliate relations and event production!

For these activities, you will work collaboratively alongside our marketing and business departments.

Within this fun, dynamic and creative role, you must enjoy multitasking, problem-solving and getting your hands dirty.
You’ll have a major impact on the development of our brand and the adoption of our product.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with leaders of mindful London-based communities and onboard them as Lua affiliates.

• Nurture relationships with the community leaders through direct communication and semi-annual events.

• Develop and oversee compensation plans for community leaders.

• Be an authority on our users in London. Understand their needs and level of satisfaction regarding the app, and follow relevant metrics.

• Help brainstorm and build the strategy for Lua’s public relations efforts in London.

• Nurture the user base in the region via social media, newsletters and offline & online events.

• Support the design and implementation of organic and paid campaigns. 

• Identify creative ways of growing Lua’s user base in the region, including.

• Manage and maintain KPI’s for London - assess results periodically - suggest and implement improvements.

Requirements:

• Be a community leader with past success in growing and developing a group in the digital space.

• Experience with digital marketing and social media.

• Superb communication skills.

• A vigorous sales approach. Demonstrated ability to close deals and partnerships.

• Experience in creating quality content - writing, video, live streams.

• Experience in producing and overseeing online and offline events.

• Ability to be self-directed, proactive and dependable

• Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced, demanding start-up environment
